ASuite 2.0 Alpha 3 released

After two years, I am pleased to announce the ASuite 2.0 Alpha 3 is available to download for developers and testers. This is an early developer release intended for testing purposes only.

The new theme for Graphic Menu

This alpha version has all advanced ASuite 1.5.x features, except Mouse Sensors (it will return in 2.1), SaveSecurity (useless feature).

This is the last alpha version. In fact, Asuite in feature freeze. In other words, I stop introducing new features and concentrate on fixing bugs in the development release.

Happy testing to everyone.

New review of ASuite 1.5.2 with video

Despite its age, ASuite 1.5.2 is yet a popular launcher and I'm proud when somebody help me to spread the word about my software.

In fact, Frederick Barton (FindMySoft's editor) wrote a short review about ASuite 1.5.2 and make a short video, showcasing launcher's menus and features. Thank you Frederick and thank you FindMySoft.

You can read the review here.

Backporting in progress to Delphi

Unfortunately, in the last weeks we found a number of problems using Lazarus/FPC. This IDE and compiler aren't enough mature and stable for a project, like ASuite.

We (I and my coworker, thecocce) will wait a better Lazarus version (1.2) for our project, but until then, we must use Delphi (XE3 edition, exactly) to develop ASuite.
