Something is moving...

Hello everyone.

Yeah, it's been a long time from my last news, but don't fear, ASuite is not dead! I'm still working on ASuite (you can see my progress on github.com), but I have few spare time. I hope to release new Alpha version by end of January, and a first beta by end of March.

Meanwhile I want give a small present for you: the new ASuite logo. :D

New review of ASuite 1.5.2 with video

Despite its age, ASuite 1.5.2 is yet a popular launcher and I'm proud when somebody help me to spread the word about my software.

In fact, Frederick Barton (FindMySoft's editor) wrote a short review about ASuite 1.5.2 and make a short video, showcasing launcher's menus and features. Thank you Frederick and thank you FindMySoft.

You can read the review here.

Backporting in progress to Delphi

Unfortunately, in the last weeks we found a number of problems using Lazarus/FPC. This IDE and compiler aren't enough mature and stable for a project, like ASuite.

We (I and my coworker, thecocce) will wait a better Lazarus version (1.2) for our project, but until then, we must use Delphi (XE3 edition, exactly) to develop ASuite.

For more information, follow ASuite project on github.com.

In these days, ASuite's code has been moved to GitHub, a famous social coding. It is available here.

This move has purpose to improve project's visibility and attract new developers in it.

Why Github?
